I’m all about balance. With my diet, with exercise it’s important to find balance so that you don’t burn out or give up. So when my fiancé asked me today “Do you want Dairy Queen” I said “Yes!”

At first I said “No.” I really did want Dairy Queen but my brain was hard set in “this wasn’t the plant for today, we have to stick to the plan” I’m glad that I did make the choice to get Diary Queen. It was very tasty, and guess what I didn’t ruin my diet either!
