Now ofc i am not a professional this is just what works for me and what generally works for most people. It's totally up to you how fast or slow you want to go based on your deficit and exercise level but do NOT over exert yourself. listen to your body. in a calorie deficit you should be eating at minimum 1000-1200 calories worth of food anything below is generally unsustainable and harmful to your body. I've personally lost 15 pounds so far and have been able to keep it off. at the end of the day you have to trust the process and keep pushin. I hope this helps!
