Barre class experience at Lab Studios !!

I tried a class here through classpass and really enjoyed myself ! A friend who goes here says packages are going for around $18++ per class and I think it’s super worth considering their facilities and class routine!!

I attended the barre signature class - a combination of yoga, dance and pilates in one class and it was really quite intense !! They’ll play music in the background and start with some yoga excercises before moving into pilates and then ballet excercises using the bar and resistance bands + blocks all provided !! Super interesting as the different workouts all blend and flow together as the class proceeds and the instructor really pushed us !! Felt like this was a really good burn !!

Def will be back again, their class packages also include pilates reformers, yoga and barre !! Barre signature I read is the combination of all three - they also have barre beats a higher intensity workout, and barre cardio which largely deals with weights !!
