Starting my morning off right by taking these supplements/foods first thing before I eat anything else.

Balancing anemia, vitamin deficiencies, hormone imbalances, and some insulin sensitivity has been a process. I’m taking it one day at a time and doing what I can to heal naturally!

•Ferritin supplement (iron): to assist in healing my iron deficiency, my iron supplement also consists of vitamin B6, B12, and C to prevent stomach issues from occurring.

•Vitamin D: also very vitamin d deficient and have been taking this for years. has been helping with energy as well.

•Brazil nuts: rich in selenium

•Morning drink: water, apple cider vinegar, honey, and freshly squeezed lemon. I have been drinking this before my first meal of the day to avoid a spike in my insulin levels.
