1- Donkey kick to crunch - Perform for 45 seconds, rest for 20 seconds, repeat 3x.
2- Donkey kick pulses - Perform for 45 seconds, rest for 20 seconds, repeat 3x.
3- Crossovers - Perform for 45 seconds, rest for 20 seconds, repeat 3x.
You may also use a BAND or dumbbell (on a mat) to increase the intensity of this workout. SQUEEZE every rep and use a Tabata timer to keep track of the workout.
