Attract the right ones (🙅‍♀️f*ck boys)

Look out for these signs while you’re dating before committing to a relationship with him:

1. How does he behave or treat you (RESPECTING YOU) and what is your response?

*Observe for at least 6 months before getting into a relationship*

One way to deter f*ck boys is to take it slow. F*ck boys typically don’t like to play the long game—the faster and easier a girl is, the more “trophies” they have; they like to move on quickly to the next girl after they get bored of you (or after they get what they want iykyk)

One very important indicator of lasting, long term relationship is RESPECT. And sadly many girls compromise on this because they fall in love with the guy too early and easily and are afraid of breaking up and facing the prospect of being in the singles market again.

Strangely, ppl prefer to remain status quo even though they’re unhappy with their partner as they’re afraid of the unknown future ( What if the next one doesn’t come along? What if the next one is the same or worse? Etc etc)

Respect can look something like these:

1. Not controlling what you do or who you hang out with

2. Not saying things that are restricting your autonomy: “you should” “you must” “ im doing this because i love you “

3. Not trying to push you into being intimate when you’ve told him NO and you’re not ready

4.Not making jokes or giving backhanded compliments on your looks or hobbies or friends

5. Not flying into a rage

(violent tendencies, vulgarities, throwing things or hurting himself) when you reject his advances or say/do things that’s not pleasing to him

Your response:

If he displays any signs of disrespect towards you, how do you respond?

-Do you brush it aside and think that it’s just a one-off incident and he’s probably “too angry at the moment” or “loves you too much”?

- Do you compromise and give in to his needs EVEN BEFORE both of you become an item?

-Do you feel uncomfortable with how pushy and controlling he is yet you try to convince yourself that you’re probably thinking too much and it will get better with time?

If you love and respect yourself enough, you shouldn’t be compromising so much and making yourself uncomfortable just to make the other person happy.

What you mistakenly believe is love — sweet-nothings, grand gestures to become better and change or love you forever, and showering you with attention and gifts and pampering you like a princess TOO EARLY in the dating phase are all signs of a F*ck boy. A decent man will take the time to know you better as an individual first before deciding to commit to you ( instead of confessing that he loves you within 1 month of the barely dating
