#1 DEFICIT REVERSE LUNGES | 3 sets 10 reps per leg

Exercise how to:

- Stand on an elevated surface.

- Step one foot back.

- Lower until front thigh is parallel.

- Push through the front heel to return.

- Alternate legs and repeat.

#2 WEIGHTED STEP UPS | 3 sets 10 reps per leg

Exercise how to:

- Grab weights.

- Stand in front of a bench.

- Step up onto the bench.

- Maintain balance and posture.

- Step back down and alternate legs.
