These are my grocery go-to’s for easy, healthy meals and snacks!

1) Healthy fats: avocados, coconut cream for smoothies, chia seeds, flax seed, mct oil, olive oil, coconut yogurt

2) Easy to make carbs: basmati rice, brown rice pasta, quinoa cooked in bone broth, sweet potatoes, all kinds of potatoes, and a new fav is yellow pea 🫛 pasta

3) Protein: organic ground chicken, chicken sausages (no casing), pea protein powder, beef isolate protein powder, bone broth, salmon to cook in the air fryer

4) Snacks: siete potato and corn chips 😂 sweet Loren’s chocolate chip cookies, popcorn, fun little adaptogen drinks drinks, olli pop

5) Wellness stuff: herbal tea, turmeric and ginger shots, aloe Vera juice, spinach, sprouts, bananas, strawberries, wild blueberries, onions, garlic, bell peppers, mushrooms, tomatoes, cucumbers

I should have said 5 categories 😂 Please note I’m allergic to dairy, eggs, wheat and nuts so you won’t see those on my list for that reason 🥹🫶🏻
