I miss my ex (we broke up yesterday)

Update from last post : Me and my ex recently got back in contact and let’s say I was crying the whole time, maybe, I was. But he keeps telling me the only way I can even have a chance at our relationship means I need to improve myself. (Which I’m not good at doing) , Please can someone tag me or give me any type of recommendations of gym workouts, skincare routines (for oily skin / combination), and healthy diets? I am literally insane over him and I miss him so much
