‼️ Low calorie Swap ‼️

In my previous post I shared a protein pasta Caesar’s salad recipe with you guys but a major gem for that recipe was this lower calorie Caesar’s dressing I found at the supermarket 🙏🏻

On the left is the one I’ve had for a while and knew I wanted to find something better and on the right is the lower calorie alternative. 😍

This is one of many examples of when you look at calories you can still eat the things you love just lower calorie alternatives of it 🥰. I don’t think my salad tasted any different honestly.

I know bolthouse sells one for 50 calories as well but my store didn’t have it so I was super excited to find this one 😛
