Thick slices Fresh Red grouper fish soup & more!

Exploring new eats at @bgaineatinghouse @house this super hot 🥵 afternoon in Singapore. It has a nice clean layout and lots of different good brands of various kinds of cuisine including, fish soups, Fan Cai, roast meats, prawn noodles, Zhi Char and Indian Prata as well.

🥤 Got ourselves 1 ice coffee and 1 ice tea to start our meals from the drink stall that has local breakfast starting from $2.60 👍

🐠 Ordered the 潮州红斑鱼片

Teochew Style Red Grouper Fish ($15) from the KING GROUPER FISH SOUP STALL @kinggrouperfishsoup 🤗This is one of my favourite fish soup stall & I was so happy to have found one here.

Love the fresh & thick fish slices & light Teochew style soup flavored by sour plum, tomatoes 🍅, salted mustard greens, tofu, Shiitake mushrooms and lots of cilantro toppings. All nicely served on a plate with yummy homemade tangy chilli sauce.

🥘 Next up, we decided to try the Hai Na Japanese and Korean cuisine Stall. We ordered the Chicken Bibimbap, portion is good with generous healthy toppings of including beansprout, carrots, seaweed, cucumber, sauté chicken strips on a base of rice. A sunny side up egg & decent sauce. Comes with miso soup & a small kimchi. Can’t complain at $5.80 per set

I came on Monday and there were a couple of stalls not open but I will be back to explorer other options.😋

Service from every stall was really fast 👍👍🤗✨
