Low-calorie fried dumplings with small yellow chicken🐤🐤🐤|||I’m eating fried dumplings today🥟🥟 Pan-fried to a crispy texture and delicious! During the fat loss period, switch to chicken Satisfies cravings and is low in calories hehe✌️

👩‍🍳How to:

■ Crush the chicken breast with a food processor, add corn kernels, salt, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, and oil and stir evenly

■ Wrap the fillings in the dumpling skin and wrap it into the shape of an ingot (see P3 for how to wrap it). Use black sesame seeds, corn kernels, and carrot kernels to stick on the dumplings to make little expressions (dip some water on the stickers)

■ Put a little olive oil in the pot, fry the dumplings over low heat until the bottom is brown, pour in water, cover the pot and simmer until cooked

■Sauce: 2 tbsp light soy sauce ➕ 1 tbsp oyster sauce ➕ 1 tbsp vinegar ➕ Spicy millet ➕ white sesame seeds / Dip in the sauce and take a bite of the little cutie, it’s another happy day🌞
