Let’s make chicken dumpling for Chinese New year!

Chinese new year is around the corner! Let’s make this extremely easy delicious chicken dumpling ro enjoy it !

The ingredients

▫️ minced chicken

▫️ scallions

▫️ chopped garlic

▫️ carrots

▫️ sesame oil

▫️ white pepper

▫️ salt

▫️flour

▫️Dumpling skin

Steps:

🤍 mix minced chicken, scallions, chopped garlic, carrots, sesame oil, white pepper, salt, flour together.

🤍 prepare dumpling skin ( you can get it from any supermarket) ratakan air around the dumpling skin and put one spoon of the filling in the middle lf the dumpling skin.

🤍 fold the dumpling skin depends how you like or you can follow how i fold in the video

🤍 pan fry the dumpling until the bottom of the dumpling is golden and add water to steam it for a few minutes!

🤍 and then you can enjoy it with chilli oil!
