Famous for their sushi staircase, or the “Stairway to Heaven”, this place offers excellent quality, ambience, and service all in one! ✨🙌🏻 From the vibrant colours of the fresh sashimi to the superb presentations, their attention to details & their focus on dishing out high-quality food really blew us away! 🤩

❤️ Taste:

We had their 𝙏𝙖𝙠𝙚𝙨𝙝𝙞 𝙆𝙖𝙞𝙙𝙚𝙣 𝙎𝙚𝙩 ($26), 𝙄𝙢𝙥𝙚𝙧𝙞𝙖𝙡 𝙆𝙖𝙞𝙙𝙖𝙣 𝙎𝙚𝙩 ($32), and 𝙐𝙡𝙩𝙞𝙢𝙖𝙩𝙚 𝙐𝙣𝙞 𝙎𝙚𝙩 ($48). 🍣 My favourite from the Takeshi set is definitely the Hokkaido Hotate Nigiri. They’re insanely PLUMP & juicy! 💦 The sashimi are all extremely fresh and you can really taste the quality. I would recommend the Imperial set for those who love aburi sushi, as this set includes foie gras, beef, & hotate! For those looking to indulge in uni, the uni set is a must-get. The uni melted in the mouth, tasting so creamy and umami. 🤤

Besides the sushi selections, you can also have your fill of carbs with their mains! We had their 𝙁𝙖𝙣𝙩𝙖𝙨𝙩𝙞𝙘 𝙄𝙣𝙖𝙣𝙞𝙬𝙖 𝙐𝙙𝙤𝙣 ($40), 𝙋𝙧𝙖𝙬𝙣 𝙋𝙖𝙨𝙩𝙖 ($22), and 𝙋𝙧𝙚𝙢𝙞𝙪𝙢 𝘾𝙝𝙞𝙧𝙖𝙨𝙝𝙞 𝘿𝙤𝙣 ($33). 🍱

My personal favourite and recommendation is the udon dish, which was creamy rich and tasted strongly of truffle! The foie gras & uni were perfect creamy, buttery additions to this decadent dish! We also loved the plump & juicy prawns 🦐 from the pasta, which was coated in mentaiko sauce. Despite the generous coating, the pasta was not overly salty and surfeiting. The dish that made us squeal in joy was the chirashi don though! It was like a refill of our favourite thickly-sliced sashimi.

❤️ Ambiance:

The interior & ambiance here is impeccable and we thoroughly enjoyed our meal here! I would recommend bringing your date or your family over to treat them to a good meal! 🥰
