You have to try this stirfry recipe!
Ingredients:
• Trader Joe’s stirfry noodles
• Stirfry sauce
• Frozen veggies Asian blend
• Scrambled eggs
• Teriyaki tofu (for not vegetarian you could use chicken)
Step 1:
Start heating up your veggies in a large pan with oil according to the directions on the package, you can also add in any extra veggies you would like.
Step 2:
While the veggies are heating up take a smaller skillet and start to dry up your tofu, I use pre marinated teriyaki chicken and dice it up and add to the pan. I wait until all sides are slightly browned.
Step 3:
Now that your veggies are cooked remove from heat. (I threw them in a bowl once cooked and use the same big skillet again) next break up your noodles and cook them on the skillet with a little olive oil. These only take a couple minutes.
Step 4:
Cook up some eggs however you like. I used scrambled.
Step 5:
Now all your ingredients are cooked add the sauce, tofu, eggs, and veggies into your big pan with the noodles and mix them all together.
Step 6:
Put into your bowl and enjoy!
This is such a quick meal to make and it tastes absolutely delicious plus with all the veggies and protein it feels like a well rounded meal with minimal effort.
