Stir-Fry Night with a Twist 🍜✨

I tried out this super yummy stir-fry recipe inspired by &cassyeungmoney on tik tok. Instead of the usual egg noodles, I switched it up with spaghetti, and it turned out SO good! 🌟 Here’s the recipe I followed:

Recipe 😋

• Steak Marinade: Mix 1-2 tbsp cornstarch, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp sesame oil. Marinate sliced steak for 15-20 mins.

• Veggies: Bite-sized cabbage, carrot, broccoli, mushroom, green onions, baby corn, and snow peas.

• Stir-Fry: Cook steak, set aside. Stir-fry garlic & ginger, add veggies, sauces (soy, mirin, hoisin), combine with steak. Serve over spaghetti noodles.

P.s. oyster sauce can also be used!
