I used to HATE the gym and honestly just any physical activity. However, I then had goals for myself and cared more about my health and appearance. Getting started wasn’t easy. A high percentage tags if people will get into the gym and fall out of it.

How do you make it a habit?

These are all things I do, especially on the hard days, to get me motivated to push through my workouts. They have kept me consistent for a little over 2 years now.
