𝐃𝐈𝐒𝐂𝐋𝐀𝐈𝐌𝐄𝐑: I'm NOT a nutritionist or a professional!! However, after years of trying different diets, lifestyles, methods etc; I think I finally found a lifestyle that works for me (both mentally and physically). ❤️💪🏻

🌿 𝐂𝐀𝐋𝐎𝐑𝐈𝐄 𝐃𝐄𝐅𝐈𝐂𝐈𝐓 𝐈𝐒 𝐊𝐄𝐘!

- I can't follow methods like 'skipping dinner' or certain meals because the rebound effect will cause me to start eating a whole lot of snacks and unhealthy food because I have been suppressing myself for so long.

- 𝐄𝐚𝐭 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐮𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐲. Only when you're hungry. Not when you feel the need to bite something just because you feel like it. Something we refer to as 'itchy mouth' (in local context).

- Start gradually. I replaced one of my meals with a healthy bowl of salad + protein and it works for me. On some days when this doesn't fill me up, I would eat fruits/nuts, go for a run, or if I really have to - I would heat up a small piece of chicken breast. 🐔

🏋🏻‍♀️ 𝐆𝐄𝐓 𝐔𝐏 & 𝐌𝐎𝐕𝐄 𝐌𝐎𝐑𝐄!

- Don't set too high of an expectation for yourself first! Your body needs some time to get used to the intensity if you haven't been exercising for awhile. Start small. Even a 10 min walk counts! Give yourself the credit for even going for that walk!!! Slowly start increasing the time. As someone who doesn't like sticking to a certain routine, I have a mixture of low-intensity-long-walks/jogs and 2km runs within a week.

- Progressive overload training involves gradually increasing the intensity or difficulty of workouts over time. It can promote the development of muscle mass and strength. Please do your research on this or consult a professional to avoid injuries!
