- I can't follow methods like 'skipping dinner' or certain meals because the rebound effect will cause me to start eating a whole lot of snacks and unhealthy food because I have been suppressing myself for so long.
- ๐๐๐ญ ๐ข๐ง๐ญ๐ฎ๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐ฏ๐๐ฅ๐ฒ. Only when you're hungry. Not when you feel the need to bite something just because you feel like it. Something we refer to as 'itchy mouth' (in local context).
- Start gradually. I replaced one of my meals with a healthy bowl of salad + protein and it works for me. On some days when this doesn't fill me up, I would eat fruits/nuts, go for a run, or if I really have to - I would heat up a small piece of chicken breast. ๐

- Don't set too high of an expectation for yourself first! Your body needs some time to get used to the intensity if you haven't been exercising for awhile. Start small. Even a 10 min walk counts! Give yourself the credit for even going for that walk!!! Slowly start increasing the time. As someone who doesn't like sticking to a certain routine, I have a mixture of low-intensity-long-walks/jogs and 2km runs within a week.

- Progressive overload training involves gradually increasing the intensity or difficulty of workouts over time. It can promote the development of muscle mass and strength. Please do your research on this or consult a professional to avoid injuries!
