Iโ€™ve been on my personal weight gain journey for almost 2 years. My goal in the beginning and even now is to build up my curves as I naturally have a less curvy, slim figure. In order to build your booty successfully, you first need to understand the different muscles that make up your glutes.

There are three groups of muscles that make up your glutes:

1. Glute Maximus ๐Ÿ‘

2. Glute Minimus ๐Ÿ‘

3. Glute Medius ๐Ÿ‘

Today weโ€™re focusing on the Glute Maximus. The Glute Maximus is the largest of these three muscles and makes up most of the form and shape of the hip and booty area. Iโ€™ve demonstrated 5 workouts that Iโ€™ve incorporated throughout my journey to build up my Glute Maximus.
