The amount of workouts/ sets you choose should depend on how often and how hard you are training legs.
If you are training legs 3 times per weak keep the sets and volume lower than those training 3 times per week.
When it comes to reps, those training hard and close to/ all the way to failure- 2 working sets should suffice.
