From the picturesque morning hike / drive up Mount Coot-tha (super easy hike and drive up) to an evening sunset experience at Wilson Outlook Reserve, followed by a delightful Thai cuisine dinner at Doodeeboran, this is how I embarked on a day full of adventure and discovery!

This is my most updated #recommendations and the Thai restaurant suggested in this post opened after I left Brisbane but is really good and highly recommended by my friends who are currently living in Brisbane 😊

💡In Brisbane, most shops close at 6pm / 9pm on weekdays or 5pm on weekends, so do take note of the opening hours before heading there!
