Alright! Here’s how to do it:

— Start massaging from the chin, gently massage in upward motion as shown in the photo. You may do this 7-10 times on both sides.

— Next massage is for the side of your lips. Gently massage it with an upwards motion.

— Third is massaging the side of your nose and a little bit of undereyes. Be gentle and start massaging by doing a sideward motion.

— Lastly, massage your forehead starting from the middle extending to the sides by doing an outward or sideward motion.
