f you've been debating going into the weights section but are a little nervous, here's a great workout for you to try. All you need is one or two sets of dumbbells and a bench to help support your back. This quick lift will help you dip your toes in the weights area without having to be there for too long. Although, I promise once you're there and in the zone it isn't so bad. 🥹❤️
What You Need:
1️⃣ 1 or 2 sets of dumbbells(depending on the weight you feel comfortable using ofc 🫶🏽)
2️⃣ An adjustable bench(set it to just below the top notch setting)
Workout:
1️⃣ Shoulder Press x 10-12
2️⃣ Lateral Raise x 8-10
3️⃣ Front Raise x 6-8(each arm)
Repeat this circuit 3-4 times and you probably won't be able to reach anything in the top cabinet the rest of the day. 😅😂
