First of all… how much water do you need a day?
Many studies claim that you need to have at least 64 oz. a day — MINIMUM. A good way to calculate how much water you should have specifically, however, is to half your weight & that is how many ounces you should aim for!! This ofcourse should be increased depending on your level of activity & what type of foods you eat.
Personally, it is so hard for me to get enough water and I used to barely finish a 40 oz. bottle!! I started implementing tricks to increase my intake and now I easily surpass (and enjoy) 64 oz. a day(:
