It is so many people's goals to drink more water throughout the day! I want to share my best tips and what I do everyday.

First when I wake up, I immediately fill a glass of water. Technically the very first thing I do in the morning is use a tongue scraper. But after I get rid of the bacteria on my tongue, I fill up a glass of water and drink the whole thing. This may be easy for you or already part of your routine if you take any vitamins or supplements in the morning. Regardless of drinking from a water bottle all day long, I find that this is super beneficial. It starts you on track, hydrates you, wakes you up, and gets you ahead in your water goal. Once this is a solid habit, you'll never miss!

Also, I know many people have a certain size water bottle that they refill once or twice to hit their daily goal. I prefer to have the exact size of water bottle, as my daily ounces of water intake goal. I follow the rule of aiming to drink half of your body weight in ounces. So for me, half of a gallon is just fine, which is what water bottle I carry around. The reason I find this better than using a different size is there is less room for error. You may forget to refill your smaller water bottle, or forget what number refill you are on! It is easiest to just try to finish one. Also this is making it as easy and convenient as possible to hit your water goal. If you want to make it a habit, try to make it EASY and you're more likely to hit it.
