checklist please!

this is the checklist to live the life that you desire, designed to help you just be able to live your best life and sorta give you a roadmap or some steps on how to get there. there's a ton of GREAT ideas included on this list, some of mine include:

-going for a morning walk, or an anytime walk, for that matter

-trying a new form of movement

-immersing yourself in the sun

-breathing deeply with intention for 5 minutes or longer

-read a book

-clean out your closet (bonus if you donate unneeded items!)

-rearranging a room in your house

-listening to a podcast

-gratitude lists

-journaling

-establishing AM/PM routines

-TED talks

-MEDITATE

-watching the sun rise or set

-spend time out in nature
