EASY HOMEMADE GRAVY RECIPE

Ok. Fun Fact: I don't like traditional homemade biscuits and gravy. To me, it almost has a burnt flour taste. 😝

I know!!! I know!!!! How can I even say that when I live in the Midwest!? 😬

Here is my FAVORITE HOMEMADE GRAVY RECIPE:

It's called SH*T ON A SHINGLE (I didn't make that up)🤣

Ingredients:

1 roll of sausage (I prefer the sage kind but anything works)

2 cans of Evaporated Milk ( I prefer the Milnot brand but that's a Midwest thing so use what you have)

Possibly a Tbsp, or 2, of Flour (depends on thickness)

Directions:

Brown the sausage (do not drain it or rinse it)

Add the milk

Stir on low until it reaches the desired consistency.

If it doesn't seem to be thickening up for you then you can add a little bit of flour to the mix. If you add flour remember it will get slightly clumpy so you'll need to stir to incorporate.
