Breakfast Casserole 🥘 | Homemade | Easy

I love making this breakfast casserole when I am in a time crunch. I usually make this for Christmas morning for the family and in laws that come over, or, I prep it ahead of time for when we go on a camping trip. To reheat it I just throw it in the oven for 15 mins at 350°, or you can put a slice on a plate and microwave it for 40 seconds. Easy clean up, and more time with family!
