my first chiro session 😀

i've been meaning to go to a chiropractor bcus of those asmr cracking vids that looks so satisfying but recently ive been given a reason to- my friend's wackass back 😀😀😀 so ive decided to also give it a try & book an appt tgt

i reached out to a friend who frequents a chiro place and she recommended me this place! they also got an ongoing first time trial rn @ $38 so run dont walk. they also have referral links from some of their ambassadors which you can find the $38 trial in the bio.

i went for the first time & they took down my particulars & also did a wellness check. we then proceeded to do a postural analysis that tells you exactly if your posture is normal. they will email you your analysis right after which i find it so helpful as you are able to just check up on your posture. great knowing im normal... unlike my friend 😀

so in my friend's case, they also recommended an xray if need be to find out underlying issues. we ended the session with great cracks all over & super satisfied 🫡

all in all, i feel like its great to just get a wellness/posture check just in case!
