There are times when I feel the urge to snack throughout the day. I have noticed that this mainly happens on days that I have a lot going on and I have either not eaten a proper meal or I am just very hungry from all the activities I have done. I also very much enjoy snacking on my period. Even though there is nothing wrong with snacking between meals, the real bad thing about it is what your are snackin on. So inseatd of eating chips or candies try something else more like this.

1. If you are feeling pretty hungry and have no time for a fulltime meal try making avocado rolls. Super quick and easy to make. This works if you have some left over rice, avocado and some seaweed. Make a roll and eat. Trust me this will get you by until your actual meal.

2. If you are looking for sometime more light sweater and quicker. Have a greek yogurt with tome fruits. I love buying the small individual size yogurt. Super easy to grab on the go and you can ad some fruit you like.

3. I also love making cucumbers salads. I basically cut a cucumber and add lemon and salt. So yummy as a great snack.
