I love that she uses relevant and modern cognitive/neuroscience to relate to readers and explain the WHY behind meditating! I learned a lot from the book and made this poster to hang on my wall to remind me of each exercise and how to follow through on the plan that she provides in the book. Occasionally I’ll refer back to her book and i highly recommend it!
