My back day workout

So it’s normally back/bi for me but for this post specifically I just wanted to isolate my back. The first picture is my back after two years in the gym, I wish I had progress pics but I’m camera shy. Also keep in mind that I’m not much of a dieter but that would definitely help with tone definition if that’s what your looking for!
