Heyy yall here’s everything I ate in one day to stay lean (1829 calories, 147G protein)
Breakfast:
- i had my breakfast cocktail of Oxyshred and creatine in the flavor mango and paired it with a greek yogurt bowl with strawberries and blueberries with a drizzle of granola
Lunch:
- I had some scrambled eggs with gouda cheese and spinach with some turkey bacon and paired that with a yummy Oxygreens smoothie (i’m dropping the recipe soon!!)
Snacks:
-my first snack was before my workout and i had some tuna crackers with green onion and bell pepper
- my second snack was right after my workout and it was a Nugo dark chocolate pretzel protein bar (my absolute fav)
Dinner:
- Finally for dinner I had some Teriyaki chicken over brown rice with a sprinkle of green onion (I have the recipe posted on my tiktok) it was super easy to make and very filling!
Dessert:
- Finally, I finished the day with two chocolates because I can’t end the day without a little something sweet!
