Here’s what I eat in a day to maintain muscle and stay lean!! I focus on getting in enough protein and lots of veggies, hope this inspires you (:
Breakfast : Breakfast quesadilla with eggs, tomato, peppers, green onion, and mixed greens (Recipe on insta in my bio!)
Snack: Mezcla protein bar
Lunch: Chickpea salad in lettuce wraps (Recipe on insta in my bio!)
Dinner: Vegan mac n cheese with protein pasta and protein sauce, with broccoli and peas too (Recipe up on my insta in a few days!!)
Dessert: Oatmeal bowl with chocolate chips, almonds, banana cinnamon protein, and frozen blueberries
This gives me 105g of protein & ~20 different veggies.
