Things you’ll need

Apple cider vinegar or distilled vinegar (to clean the chicken)

Foil

Green & Red bell pepper

Yellow onion

Pack of chicken

Onion powder

Garlic powder

McCormick Montreal chicken seasoning ( don’t go super heavy with this)

Lemon pepper

Italian herbs seasoning

Smoke paprika ( don’t go super heavy with this)

Slap ya mama ( seasoning)

Garlic paste or minced garlic

Olive oil ( coat the chicken in olive oil)

Olive Garden Classic Italian dressing

Chicken broth

Butter

Parlsey

Chicken bouillon

*The secret ingredient is OLIVE GARDEN CLASSIC ITALIAN DRESSING 🤤 ( it has to be this brand)

Preheat your oven to 375

1.) WASH YOUR CHICKEN , something I like to do is soak my chicken in apple cider vinegar and water for about 15-20 minutes. ( your food won’t taste like apple cider vinegar, the apple cider helps with cleaning the chicken as time goes by you’ll see how much yuck stuff comes off) once your chicken has soaked in the apple cider began rinsing each piece of chicken one by one clean off any feathers or anything extra on the chicken. Pat the chicken dry and place the chicken in a bowl

2.) Now that your chicken is clean and dry , add some olive oil to your chicken make sure it’s nice and coated and began seasoning your chicken. Any seasoning that are salt base you want to put a nice amount over the chicken but not a lot because the secret ingredient packs ALOTTTT OF FLAVOR, and adding the Olive Garden dressing plus seasoning can make things salty really fast.

3.) In a hot skillet let’s sear our chicken ( this will help the flavor stick. Monitor closely because it can easily burn the skin of your chick .

4.) once you have a nice sear let’s go ahead and place the chicken into a nice size baking dish and add our bell pepper and onions minced garlic

5.) In a cup you want to pour some chicken broth, melted butter, parsley flakes, chicken bouillon cube , Italian dressing and mix it all up

6.) GENTLY POUR the mixture over the chicken because if you pour too fast you could knock your seasoning off the chicken

7.) Cook your chicken on 375 for 1 hour (Covered)

*While you are cooking you may have to add chicken broth to keep your chicken juicy and from drying out

8.) 😂 you guys should know by now that I like my chicken crispy, so if your like me after the chicken has cooked for an hour add it to the air fryer and let both sides crisp ( LEAVE THE JUICE THE CHICKEN MADE WHILE COOKING IN THE BAKING DISH YOU USED ) only add the chicken to the air fryer.

If you dont like that method Cook your chicken on 375 for 1 hour ( Covered with foil) then 15 minutes uncovered
