This warm and cozy beef chili is the absolute perfect comfort meal. It is so easy to make and is a one pot meal which means less clean up. This is the perfect weeknight meal that feeds the whole family or even works great as a game day appetizer. Hope you enjoy this one!

Ingredients:

2 lbs of Grass fed Ground Beef @thousandhillslg

1 large yellow onion

1/2 cup of cilantro

1 small can of green chilies

2 cups of shredded zucchini

2 cans of kidney beans ( drained)

2 cups of beef bone broth @kettleandfire le

1 small can of tomato paste

1 can of tomato sauce ( 15oz)

1 can of diced tomatoes ( 15 oz)

1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese @rumianocheese

1/2 cup of coconut aminos

1-2 tbsp of honey

1 Lime

Spices:

1 tsp of salt, pepper, chili powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika

1/4 tsp of cumin

Shredded cheddar Cheese for topping

Greek Yogurt or sour cream for topping

Directions:

1. Chop onions and green chilies and add to a large pot with olive oil, cook until translucent.

2. Add in your ground beef and spices and coconut aminos, cook until ground meat is browned and cooked through.

3. Then add in your tomato paste, tomato sauce,and diced tomotoes, bone broth, mix and add your kidney beans and honey and cilantro. Simmer on medium to low heat for about 30 mins and enjoy with cheese, Greek yogurt and more cilantro.
