Cozy up with this high-protein chili, perfect for meal prep or a healthy weeknight dinner! 🥣 Packed with ground turkey, 3 types of beans, and a kick of spice, it’s hearty and satisfying. 💪

INGREDIENTS:

• 1 can of black beans

• 1 can of kidney beans

• 1 can of great northern beans

• 2 cans of diced tomatoes

• 27oz ground turkey

• 1 yellow onion

• 1 yellow bell pepper

• 1 can of diced chiles

• 1 jalapeno

• Chili powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, red pepper flakes, smoked paprika, garlic powder

INSTRUCTIONS:

1️⃣ Brown the ground turkey in a pan and set aside.

2️⃣ Add all the beans, diced tomatoes, onion, bell pepper, chiles, and jalapeno to the crock pot.

3️⃣ Season generously with your favorite spices and stir everything together.

4️⃣ Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.

5️⃣ Add in the browned turkey for the last 30 minutes to combine all the flavors.

6️⃣ Top it off with Greek yogurt, cheese, and green onions for that perfect finishing touch!
