Ingredients:

1 head broccoli, cut into pieces and washed

2 garlic cloves, minced

1 pkt shimeji mushroom, cut and washed

carrot slices

1 tbsp oyster sauce

1 tsp soy sauce

1/2 tsp sugar

pepper

1 tbsp shaoxing wine

1. Add 1 tbsp oil and 1 tsp salt to a pot of water and bring it to a rolling boil.

2. Add broccoli and boil for 2mins.

3. Remove and run under water for a few mins until broccoli is cool to touch. Set aside.

4. In a pan, heat oil and add in minced garlic. Saute for 30s.

5. Add shimeji mushrooms and carrot and fry till mushrooms are cooked and lightly seared.

6. Add in seasonings and 1-2tbsp water and mix well. Let simmer for a min. Taste and adjust taste to your preference.

7. Add in broccoli, mix well and let simmer for another minute.

8. Serve!!
