🌟 In today's fast-paced world, it can be quite a task to find ⚡rapid and effortless recipes that strike the perfect balance between delectable flavors and nutritional value. But fret not! We have unearthed a 💎hidden culinary gem that will leave you astounded.

Join us as we explore the realm of the ⏱️15-minute culinary masterpiece, designed with beginners in mind and ensuring a kitchen that remains free from excessive oil. Get ready to embark on an extraordinary gastronomic adventure! ✨

🧺 We cooked it as a couple (2 servings) so we prepared using the following ingredients:

1. Chicken (200g) + Marinate

- 1 tbsp mirin, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tsp sugar

marinate for 10minutes

2. 1 medium onion (Sliced), Enoki mushrooms (1 handful)

3. 4 eggs

- lightly beat it

4. 1 cup chicken stock

- used half a Maggi chicken stock cube + 250ml water

🪜 Steps:

Put chicken stock in pan and put onions in to boil and cook

Once onions are cooked, put chicken in to cook

Once chicken is cooked, pour egg in to cook lightly (prefer to have it slightly runny)

SUPER RECOMMEND. As it is fast to cook, easy to cook and does not make kitchen oily!
