🧺 We cooked it as a couple (2 servings) so we prepared using the following ingredients:
1. Chicken (200g) + Marinate
- 1 tbsp mirin, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tsp sugar
marinate for 10minutes
2. 1 medium onion (Sliced), Enoki mushrooms (1 handful)
3. 4 eggs
- lightly beat it
4. 1 cup chicken stock
- used half a Maggi chicken stock cube + 250ml water
🪜 Steps:
Put chicken stock in pan and put onions in to boil and cook
Once onions are cooked, put chicken in to cook
Once chicken is cooked, pour egg in to cook lightly (prefer to have it slightly runny)
SUPER RECOMMEND. As it is fast to cook, easy to cook and does not make kitchen oily!
