breakfast: brown sugar cinnamon oatmeal w| apples

⏰ 15 min

ingredients:

• rolled oats

• oat milk

• half & half (optional)

• cinnamon, brown sugar, pinch of salt

• butter

• apple of your choice (I used Granny Smith)

how to: (for one serving)

1. in a small pot, add 3/4 cup oat milk & 1/4 cup half & half to boil.

2. add brown sugar, cinnamon, pinch of salt (measure with your ❤️)

3. once boiling, lower heat to medium low and add in 1/2 cup oats

4. in separate pan, add some butter, cinnamon, & brown sugar on low heat

5. add in sliced apples and cover until apples are soft enough for a fork to poke through

lunch: avocado toast

⏰ 5 min

ingredients:

• ezekiel bread (use any bread)

• avocado

• thinly sliced tomato

• lemon

• seasonings (salt, pepper, paprika)

how to:

1. toast bread

2. spread avocado onto toast and sprinkle some seasoning

3. top with tomatoes

4. drizzle of fresh squeezed lemon juice

dinner: burrata pasta

⏰ 25 min

ingredients:

• small pasta shells

• carbone roasted garlic pasta sauce

• mozzarella cheese

• burrata cheese

• seasonings (salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, dried parsley, paprika)

• half & half

how to:

1. boil noods & set aside some pasta water for later

2. drain noods & pour sauce into pot

3. add in seasonings (measure with your ❤️)

4. add in a splash of half & half

5. add in a splash of pasta water

6. combine ingredients

7. add in shredded mozz

8. plate it up & split open a burrata ball on top

9. garnish w/ parsley and pepper
