Choosing a watch is simple. Focus on the details and “specials” you want it to have and then go from there. Say you want a watch that can track your exercise, sleep, and heart rate, when you’re looking for a smartwatch, look specifically for THOSE features. I love that my watch (though I’ve had it for 6 years) allows me to be hands free (meaning I don’t need my phone to respond to texts, or Facebook messages), but it also helps me track my exercise, my sleep, AND even helps me stay active (it reminds me that I need to stand up and walk around every hour or so, to keep me from sitting for too long).

They even offer options that don’t require connecting to a phone so your teens and kids can have some to be just like mommy and/or daddy!
