This is my version of how to make sushi poke bowl. Tried these 7 years ago in Dallas and I can’t stop making them as they are so good.
Poke Bowl
1 lbs Cubed Fish of Choice
3 Tbsp Soy Sauce
1 1/2 Tbsp Rice Vinegar
3/4 Tbsp Mirin
1 Tsp Sesame Oil
Mix together and refrigerate covered for 1 hour
Make 2 cups sushi rice in rice cooker or on stove. After cooking let cool completely to room temperature and season with:
2 Tbsp Rice Vinegar
1 1/2 Tbsp Sweetener
1 1/2 Tsp Sea Salt
Mix together and set aside for a few minutes.
Slice paper then some red onion, diced cucumber with seeds removed and diced avocado.
Now for the sauce:
1 Cup Mayo
2 1/2 Tbsp Hot Sauce
1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
1 Tsp Sesame Oil
