I didn’t really measure anything. I added like a spoon full of the ingredients for crab mixture at a time and tasted as I went. I made the rice like normal according to the packaging. I just added about 2 tablespoons of mirin to the rice and mixed that together. Add a layer of rice to the nori. Add cucumber and avocado in the center. Add crab mixture on top. I rolled little by little very slow from the top on parchment paper. Cut with a clean wet knife. It makes it easier and neater. Plate and then spicy Mayo on top
