Easy flourless Chocolate Cake

Try this light n chocolatey cake!

Only 5 ingredients!

230g Chocolate

85g butter

6 eggs (separate whites from yolks)

1/2 cup Sugar

Pinch of salt

Melt chocolate with butter

in Cooled chocolate, add yolks,mixed til well incorporated. Set aside.

Beat whites till stiff peaks form (don’t over beat😑)

Gently Fold the beaten whites into chocolate mixture by 3 installments.

Once batter comes together, pour into a pre-greased springform baking pan. (I inserted a baking paper at the base for easy cleaning)

Bake 140 deg C for 45 -50 mins

Take out from oven to cool, when cake edges pulled away from baking pan, u can unlock the springform n eat the cake!

Eat the cakes w icing sugar sprinkled on top or with a scoop of your favorite ice cream or whipped cream😋🤭😋😊
