Easy Pickled Red Onions

I make these pickled red onions at least once a month - it’s four simple ingredients and it works so well for me. I put these pickled red onions on everything from toast, to rice bowls and salads so I hope you guys can enjoy this too.

INGREDIENTS:

- red onion

- sugar

- hot water

- rice vinegar

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Combine all ingredients and let sit in fridge for at least a few hours before enjoying!
