I have a low immune system so I get sick A LOT. Here is a short list of vitamins/suppliments I use when I get the first sign of being sick, and some I use as a preventative!

Zinc: (My favorite): Helps shorten the length of a cold and lessen symptoms, can also prevent the common cold.

Echnicae: May slightly reduce your chance of developing a cold

Elderberry: Can deactivate the flu virus and naturally boosts immunity

Garlic: Can help fight off common cold due to its natural antibacterial & antiviral properties

Honey: Can sooth sore throat, and fight some bacteria and viruses in the throat

Vitamin D and D3: Prevents and reduces a chance of getting a cold, also helps fight colds

Vitamin C: Reduces the duration of a cold by 8% in adults and 14% in children, can also help fight colds and flu
