Air Fryer Miso Mayo Salmon & Broccoli

I don’t have the luxury of WFH or reaching home early 🥲so honestly 45mins for this easy meal that’s DIET-friendly has been such a tasty life saver.

Best part of this is, I don’t actually have that much to wash. Just a bowl to mix the marinade and airfryer baking paper (that I like to eat out of) and it’s a done deal for me 🫶🏻💯

(It’s just miso, kewpie mayo, little bit of honey, black pepper or some sort of chilli powder — just measure with your HEART then slather on top of your salmon and bake at 200 degrees C for 10 minutes. Adjust accordingly to your protein of choice/temp of the appliance yeah not liable for salmonella 🥰)
