Iโ€™ve been prioritizing myself and feeding my body what it needs has made me feel โœจ incredibly โœจ all around physically and mentally. The food that I have been making at home has been giving me more energy to be able to stay more active and not feel slouchy or lazy.

One of my all time favorite breakfasts is oatmeal with fruit. I have it at least once a week and I love it! Itโ€™s super healthy and yum to make! If Iโ€™m not eating oatmeal itโ€™s probably yogurt with fruit, I specifically love me a gfee try yogurt with granola and fruit ๐Ÿ‰ ๐ŸŽ ๐ŸŒ
