I’ve been prioritizing myself and feeding my body what it needs has made me feel ✨ incredibly ✨ all around physically and mentally. The food that I have been making at home has been giving me more energy to be able to stay more active and not feel slouchy or lazy.
Everything in balance of course but I have been trying to eat cleaner and greener! Incorporating home made green juices and Buddha bowls, salads and such.
One of my all time favorite breakfasts is oatmeal with fruit. I have it at least once a week and I love it! It’s super healthy and yum to make! If I’m not eating oatmeal it’s probably yogurt with fruit, I specifically love me a gfee try yogurt with granola and fruit 🍉 🍎 🍌
I love making home made green juices or smoothies. ⛅️
